THE WALLED CITY OF PISTOIA -FEASIBILITY STUDY /PRELIMINARY PROJECT AND DETAILED PLAN OF AREA OF CEPPO HOSPITAL

The Plan for the Historic Centre of Pistoia, adopted by the city council in 2005, draw up a preliminary draft – subject to detailed plan and feasibility plan – for the vast area of the Ceppo Hospital. The project involves the reconstruction of a historical garden, a square and new buildings to replace the twentieth-century pavilions, as well as the restoration of the medieval hospital, a monument of the civil architecture of the 14th.cent.
